Nexus IT’s On-Demand IT Service plan gives you the best of both worlds. It combines the many benefits of our TotalCare services with the flexibility of a pay-as-you-go service - all without sacrificing critical IT support. On Demand IT Service packages start at Only $199 for Up to 10 desktops and 1 server per year. This small annual fee guarantees that Nexus is monitoring your network and performing routine and scheduled preventative network maintenance, including desktop optimization and security updates.
You wll have priority access to All our Other IT services. You will also have a 20% Discount on all Nexus Professional Services.
This means you'll have access to a complete IT department including certified technicians, network managers, and a senior level CTO (Chief Technology Officer) on an hourly basis as you need it.

Nexus designed On Demand IT Service specifically for:

  • Small offices seeking more than just reactive hourly IT support, but not ready for dedicated and fully managed IT service
  • Small organizations with limited budgets not meeting the requirements for Nexus IT’s Managed IT Service, but want access to NexusIT’s high levels of customer service and experienced team of technicians
  • Larger customers with internal IT staff or departments who are looking to simply supplement their internal resources with Nexus IT's professional team, management tools and state of the art Network Operations Centre for remote monitoring and alerting.
